Econoler develops, implements, and evaluates energy-efficiency programs for utilities, addressing their specific concerns and developing adapted business models for sustainable operations. These programs can address specific needs of utilities related to peak demand management and specific consumption reductions in certain sectors of the grid, and help utilities’ clients reduce the impact of energy costs and drive carbon emission reductions at the national level.  Adapted programs can include awareness-raising initiatives, introduction of new products into the market, demonstration projects, direct installation of standardized energy conservation measures, subsidies to help overcome specific barriers, implementation of adapted commercial financing access and innovative schemes, such as energy performance contracting (EPC). Econoler offers all kinds of expertise needed to conduct market analysis, program design, program management and independent evaluation of impact and results for the benefits of all stakeholders, and to help utilities’ operations make the necessary adaptations to mitigate climate change.

At the project level, Econoler can help utilities with market analysis, energy audits, energy management plans for end-users, support for demonstration project implementation, ESCO creation and operation, measurement and verification (M&V) of savings, carbon emission reductions validation and trading.
