RETScreen Expert Training in Palestine

As part of a technical assistance project for the French Development Agency (AFD) aimed at implementing a line of credit through the SUNREF program (Sustainable Use of Natural Resources and Energy Finance) in Palestine, Econoler offered a 3-day training on the RETScreen Expert software. Yann Garneau went to Ramallah to offer this training to people of the Palestinian Energy and Natural Resource Authority (PENRA) and the Palestinian Energy and Environment Research Centre (PEC). The software will allow them to analyse the feasibility of diverse energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in the country which faces high energy tariffs.
