Econoler Goes to Ghana

The Ghana Standards Authority (GSA), wishing to improve the energy efficiency and performance of appliances and electronic equipment, called upon the renown expertise of Econoler. My K. Ton travelled to Accra to participate in a workshop organized by the Millennium Development Authority of Ghana (MiDA) to assess the needs of a laboratory that will serve to support Ghana’s efficiency standardization scheme. To provide better direction to the GSA executive and management, recommendations were issued on the equipment, human resources, and expertise to carry out the necessary operational activities to enable the laboratory to evaluate the energy consumption of electronic equipment and appliances. Econoler not only delivered training, but also held meetings with the MiDA and GSA executives, as well as with many other stakeholders, to elaborate a development plan in line with Econoler recommendations.
