Great Place to Work certification is awarded by the global authority on workplace culture, based on an employee survey. This year, we achieved a remarkable overall score of 94%, surpassing our results from previous years (91% in 2024 and 87% in 2023), and well above the certification threshold of 65%. To the key question, “Overall, I can say that this organization is a great place to work,” 98% of our colleagues responded favorably—a mark of confidence that means a lot to us.
