Responsible Property Management Program

Econoler was mandated to develop and deliver a one-day training course as part of the Responsible Property Management Program launched by the Center for Sustainable Development. The training, delivered to a group of 20 members of the Greater Montreal Hotel Association (GMHA), was aimed at helping participants develop applied skills and acquire concrete tools to decarbonize their buildings and rapidly implement new responsible property management practices in their daily tasks. Issues addressed included a presentation on the Quebec context in terms of the economic decarbonization strategy and regulations, a presentation on tools and methods for achieving decarbonization, and a discussion on focus areas and concrete examples from the hotel sector.
