Implementation Assistance for an Energy Management System Compatible with ISO 50001

Econoler was commissioned to assist the MPA in implementing an energy management system compatible with ISO 50001:2018 – Energy Management Systems (EMS). The support consisted of determining the port’s needs with regard to system implementation, planning the various tasks to be carried out, putting in place the elements necessary for the proper functioning of the EMS (e.g. by offering training), monitoring the performance of the EMS, and correcting any discrepancies detected as part of a continuous improvement process. The project was a success thanks to genuine collaboration between Econoler and the port in adapting the EMS to the organizational context as effectively as possible.
