Econoler is Certified as a Great Place to Work for a Second Consecutive Year!

It is with great pride that we announce that Econoler has once again obtained the Great Place to Work certification in Canada, for a second consecutive year. This result is a testament to the commitment, excellence and passion of our team, and we would like to warmly thank each member for their contribution to this collective success.

This certification is awarded by Great Place to Work, the global authority on corporate culture, which evaluates the quality of the workplace by surveying employees on various aspects of their experience. In order to obtain this recognition, a company must achieve a sufficiently high score, and we are delighted to share that we have obtained an impressive overall score of 91%, a significant increase from our score of 87% in 2023, and well above the certification threshold. In addition, our organization particularly shone on the question “Is your organization a great place to work?”, with an exceptional score of 96%.

We were already impressed with last year’s results, but we are even happier with this year’s significant improvement. These data confirm the pleasant, positive and collaborative atmosphere that reigns at Econoler and that each member of our team experiences every day.
