SOFIAC specializes in the development and management of major decarbonization and energy renovation projects for businesses in the tertiary and industrial sectors, while also acting as an investor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The largest initiative in energy efficiency and decarbonization for the private sector in France<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to this investment from Mirova, ADEME Investissement, and Fondaction, SOFIAC becomes the largest initiative in energy efficiency and decarbonization for the private sector in France. It will enable companies to reduce their energy costs, achieve their greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction goals, and increase their profitability in the short, medium, and long term without requiring financial contributions from them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, building operations account for 18% of GHG at the national level and 47% of France\u2019s annual energy consumption.
