Econoler develops, implements, and evaluates energy-efficiency programs adapted for the commercial sector. These programs are aimed at alleviating the impact of energy costs for commercial end-users, help utilities manage their loads and drive carbon emission reductions at the national level.  Adapted programs can include awareness-raising, capacity-building, demonstration projects, direct installation of standardized energy conservation measures, energy and peak demand management, adapted commercial financing access and innovative implementation mechanisms, such as energy performance contracting (EPC).  Econoler offers all kinds of expertise needed to conduct market analysis, program design, program management and independent evaluation of impact and results for the benefits of all stakeholders.

At the project level, Econoler helps commercial facility managers with their own specific initiatives to manage their energy consumption and associated costs. Key services include: energy audits, energy management plans, support for project implementation, EPC tendering processes, measurement and verification (M&V) of savings, carbon emission reductions validation and trading.
