Econoler Welcomes Two Advisory Members to the Board of Directors
Econoler is happy to announce the addition of two advisory members to the Board of Directors. Mr. André Boisclair, C. Adm., is CEO of the Urban Development Institute of Québec (UDI). Member of the Ordre des Administrateurs agréées du Québec and Administrateur de société certifié (ASC), he has occupied numerous positions in Quebec’s public administration sector such as Minister of the Environment and Water, as well as Minister of Municipal Affairs. He has also been President of COMEX and Quebec’s Delegate-General in New York City. Mr. Boisclair holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Harvard University.
Mr. Pierre Lapointe is partner at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton. He is professional counsel to numerous SMBs operating in many sectors and assists clients with their strategies, business plans, business succession, human resources, etc. Member of the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés, Mr. Lapointe is highly involved in his field and is also member of various boards of directors.
It goes without saying that the respective skills and experience of these new advisory members shall enrich the Econoler Board of Directors and support the firm in achieving its mission and expansion objectives.
