This project will aim to develop a comparative analysis of minimum energy performance standards for residential, commercial and public buildings in the main countries of Latin America and the Caribbean through web and database research and interviews with key government stakeholders in order to identify best practices and promote the harmonization of standards in the region. These countries include Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Dominican Republic and Uruguay.
